About SDCEA
The San Diego County Escrow Association brings together escrow professionals from across San Diego County — independent escrow officers, lenders, title partners, and the people behind every close. Through networking mixers, continuing education, and year-round connection, we help members grow their skills and their network.
Membership is open to escrow professionals working in the region. Whether you're new to the industry or have been closing files for decades, there's a place for you here.
Membership levels
Choose the category that fits where you are in the escrow profession. Dues are annual and processed through the California Escrow Association.
Active Individual
$315per year
Practicing or non-active escrow professionals with a Regional membership. Full voting privileges at the Regional level, in the California Escrow Association, and the American Escrow Association.

Current practicing or non-active escrow professionals without a Regional membership. Full voting privileges in the California Escrow Association.

For individuals in allied fields who support the escrow profession but do not practice escrow. Includes Regional and American Escrow Association membership; no CEA voting rights.

$140per year
For assistants, secretaries, clerical, and other entry-level positions supporting the profession. Allows Regional membership with no CEA voting rights. Limit two years.

For former Individual Active or State Active members no longer engaged in the profession. May not hold office but can serve on committees.
Select this levelContributions or gifts, including membership dues, to the CEA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. A portion of state dues may be nondeductible; please consult your tax advisor.
